Citadel seeks a full-time Project Assistant to provide administrative and technical support to its growing Industrial Hygiene & Safety team. Duties include proposal and report preparation, equipment tracking and maintenance, scheduling, coordination, and various other tasks to support Citadel staff and clients. For candidates with a desire to explore opportunities in industrial hygiene and safety, this position presents a great opportunity to learn and grow and may lead to a consultant position within the department. This position pays hourly with opportunities to earn overtime.
- 0-2 years of work experience
- College Degree required, preferable in physical or biological science or occupational health
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines
- Desire to contribute to a fast-paced, energetic, and high-performing team
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
