OCASSE February 2017 Technical Meeting

Please join us Wednesday February 15^th for our annual BREAKFAST meeting with OC AIHA. This lively presentation and demonstration will be at the American Red Cross in OC with Tom Ritter, Safety Division Manager at BC Wire Rope and Territory Manager, joined by Mike Murphy from Capital Safety/ DBI. Tom promises this will be worthy of a packed house! It’s also a great networking opportunity. The topic(s) included:

• OSHA update on Fall Protection (changes in Guidelines)
• Managing an ANSI Z359.2 2007 Compliant Fall Protection Program
• New, relevant demonstration on Confined Space and Rescue Products

Will have an Xtirpa Confined Space rescue davit that will be set up. The Territory Manager, Mike Murphy from Capital Safety/ DBI will be there with new confined space product as well.

Tom Ritter’s bio from BC Wire Rope

Thomas Ritter has over (11) Eleven Years of Safety and Fall Protection experience, 8.5 Years as a Territory and Regional Manager for a leading Domestic Manufacturer of Fall Protection.

Thomas is a Certified Competent Trainer in Fall Protection under Andrew C. Sulowski, an OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer and proud Member of both ASSE and ISFP (International Society for Fall Protection).

Prior to Safety and Fall Protection, Thomas brings over (12) twelve Years of combined experience as a Firefighter/ Paramedic.
