The Orange County Chapter has three programs for providing financial support to individuals seeking an education or certification in the broad field of safety and health.
We have established two programs for recognizing excellence in the safety profession: the Safety Professional of the Year and the Orange County Safety Hall of Fame.
The purpose of the Safety Professional of the Year (SPY) Award is to pay tribute to the outstanding accomplishments of Society professionals engaged in the broad field of occupational safety and health. One SPY is selected to represent the Orange County Chapter each year.
The Orange County Safety Hall of Fame is committed to honoring individuals who have had exceptional careers and inducting eligible professionals through the petition process.
